Tried Pur&Simple for the first time and absolutely loved it! Really good standard for breakfast compared to other breakfast joints. The place is very clean, everything is made fresh, and the staffs are very attentive and kind. We had Chloe serving us and she was amazing! Greeted us with a smile, came to check up on us just enough and not too many times (which is a skill). Having someone personable like her makes a huge difference in deciding what food we want to get, she made it less intimidating. I asked for coffee a bit late into my mimosa and she brought it out so quick which I truly appreciated. She was very attentive for a busy morning so kudos to her! I had the Kimchi eggs Benedict which was out of this world! All kimchi lovers will rejoice. That perfect tangy cabbage texture pulls everything together. My mimosa was delicious too! What a perfect brunch! My husband had the Chicago and it looked fabulous and he devoured it too! **huge plus is they have pictures of their food in their menu which is 10/10 strategy. Helps to know what you're getting and the visual experience is so important. 10/10 Pur&Simple! Definitely will visit again.
This will be my go to restaurant whenever I'm in Canada for breakfast!! Server was lovely, food was top notch! It was hard to decide what to get. The omelet I ordered was huge (honestly, much too big) but delicious. I highly recommend checking them out.
Honestly some of the hostest folk at the front need a lesson in customer service. However, the manager was very helpful and our server Jamilea was the absolute best. She was kind, attentive and efficient! The food is also really really good. Anytime we're back in Niagara we're definitely going to be heading back here. It's a must try and worth the wait!

Food is amazing, the portions are big and price is reasonable . The pictures from the menu are what you see when you ordered the food. Ours almost like you’re eating in a fine dining restaurant Grace our server was the best. She’s very friendly and efficient. We’re definitely coming back. Great job with the whole staff
We always love coming to Simple & Pure, and this visit was one of the best yet! The food was absolutely delicious and arrived in just 15 minutes; fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service was excellent as always, but Grace truly stood out as one of the best servers we’ve ever had and warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Highly recommend!
